Dear Families,

Columbia Elementary is participating in the National PTA School of Excellence program, which celebrates partnerships between PTA and schools to enrich the educational experience and overall well-being for all students.

As part of the process, we need to get your feedback at the beginning and end of the school year.  After we collect and submit your feedback now, we will get our Roadmap to Excellence.  This is a tool that will help us know what we need to do to strengthen our family-school partnership and help our school achieve excellence.

Please take a few minutes to complete the following surveys by October 30th.  It is important to take both Part 1 and Part 2.

Thank you for helping us in our journey to achieve excellence!
